How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

We will issue a 100% refund upon receipt of your item if it is damaged or defective.

Items returned in good condition sue to buyer's remorse will receive an 80% refund, the balance to cover manufacturer's shipping and restocking fees.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has obviously been used or altered but is in otherwise good working condition will not receive a refund. In this instance, we will return the item to the purchaser under once purchaser has agreed to and paid our shipper's quoted cost of returning the item.

Exchanges

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping to us and accept the shipping charge for returning the item to you.

Note: If there is a cost difference in the amount of the item returned and the item desired, we will either credit or bill the purchaser pursuant to the difference.
